The Northwest Alcohol & Substance Abuse Conference brings together a diverse group of individuals dedicated to drug and alcohol abuse prevention. Attendees include police officers, juvenile probation officers, educators, government leaders, prevention specialists, coalition leaders, and many others.

What sets the Northwest Alcohol Conference apart is its unique focus on fostering collaboration across a wide range of professionals, rather than catering to a single audience. This inclusive approach encourages networking, shared learning, and the exchange of innovative ideas.


  • Register before Friday, May 16th for the early bird rate of $359.00. Any registration after Friday, May 16th and before July 14th will be the late rate of $459.00.

  • Youth Track Registration is free for youth aged 13-18 but does have some requirements. Each group registered will need to have one adult mentor per ten youth, who registers and attends the youth track in its entirety. In addition to the adult mentor, each team must have an adult from their coalition or organization who is also registered to attend the Northwest Alcohol Conference. This cannot be the adult mentor who attends the Youth Track.

    A Parent/Guardian waiver is required. The waiver is due by June 18, 2025!

May 3, 2025 - June 27, 2025 - 50% refund
June 28, 2025 - July 15, 2025 - 0% refund

I also understand that any cancellations made on or after June 28, 2025, or no-shows to the conference, will forfeit ALL registration fees.

If the conference cancels or reschedules the conference due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Idaho Youth Alcohol & Drug Prevention & Education, Inc., I am entitled to a full refund.

The Idaho Youth Alcohol & Drug Prevention & Education, Inc. and the Northwest Alcohol Conference are not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellations.
