Cancellation Policy:
I agree to e-mail Jessica Galloway at
[email protected] to request a cancellation, subject to an administrative fee set by the Emerging Drugs Conference. If registration is canceled, a partial refund will be issued based on the specified dates and fees.
On or Before August 22, 2025 - 50% refund
August 22, 2025 - September 26, 2025 - 25% refund
Anytime on or after September 27, 2025 - 0% refund
The fee covers obligations incurred by the Emerging Drug Trends conference in making registration arrangements and does not entitle the registrant to any conference materials.
I understand that failure to cancel before September 26, 2025, or attend the conference will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees.
Emerging Drug Trends, LLC and the Emerging Drug Trends conference are not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellations, including travel fees and arrangements.
Sensitive Material:
I understand that this is a substance abuse prevention & enforcement conference, and there may be sensitive subject matter presented. The Emerging Drug Trends conference has reviewed the presentations and will require each presenter to notify the attendees if they are presenting sensitive material.
Photo, Audio, and Video Waiver:
By attending the 2025 National Emerging Drug Trends Conference, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, videotaped, or recorded in any other way and that your name, voice, and likeness may be broadcasted, distributed, or displayed as part of any program created from the conference. Please note that no compensation will be provided in exchange for the use of your image or likeness.
Indemnification:
Registrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Emerging Drug Trends Conference and the National Emerging Drug Trends, LLC and their respective members, officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any liabilities, damages, costs, losses, claims and expenses (including attorneys' fees), on account of personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, loss of profits, acts of omission, negligence, fault or violation of law or ordinance, cancellation or postponements of event due to acts of God, war, government regulation, strike, availability of goods and services, military actions, civil disorder, terrorism and/or biological/chemical terrorism (directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with any act of or threat of or fear or terrorism whether actual or perceived), disaster, strikes, curtailment of transportation facilities or any other emergency beyond the parties' control making it inadvisable, illegal or that materially affects the Conference's ability to hold the conference.
